Very Good
An extra charge to get the access to the spa. That's not what you expect when you pay 1000 usd per night.

Nice 5 star Hotel with some shortcomings!
The check in staff was very polite and helpful at the main reception. Access/entrance for Cars - outside is a beautiful artificial waterfall. The room was really nice, huge, luxurius. Perfect view. We got a really nice gift - some Sakura cake, Rose wein, pralines. Breakfast - The quality of the food was on highest level. Late check out was not a problem, which was very nice, because we had a late flight back. We left our Postcads on the reception without the stemps, and tey took care of them. This was a really nice gesture. Concierge desk - the lady was very nice. She was probably new because she was not sure about the operating hours for the breakfast but the reservation for the Japanese restaurant was the perfect choice and she answered very fast on every request. There are also a lot off options to dine in the Hotel. Beautiful spa.
Access/entrance for Cars - the loby needs some renovation. The wooden furniture looks really old. Also at the main reception and the toilete etc. you can see the furniture is old. The staff at this reception was a little confused and not really helpful. Huge spa but no swimming pool. We waited for the room till 15.30. But had a late check out, so this compensate the waiting. We wanted to drink a tea in the tea room, but were not able, because they told us they are busy. Only two tables were ocupied, so it felt strange. Breakfast - the service was really slow. We waited 50 minutes for the eggs. We asked 4 times, but nothing hapened. Also custumers in front of us waited so long. At the end when we finished the breakfast we got the eggs. Very nice lady sad that the breakfast will be on here because of the dissaster about the service, and really there was no charge on the bill. Still service needs improvement. Later we have been in Mandarin Hotel in Dubai and Dubai is one level better.
